────What do the business managers who lead GIG think about and how do they feel about their work? To date, GIG has conducted more than 50 interviews with employees, but this time we have started a series of interviews focusing on ``Business Managers'' within GIG, asking them about their thoughts on the members and their work. The first interview is with Aya Miura, head of the Produce Division. We asked Ms. Miura about her thoughts on "producing," as she says, "What we respond to is not the client's 'requests' but their 'expectations.'" Aya Miura: Manager, Production Division, GIG DX Consulting Business Headquarters, Co., Ltd. After graduating from Meiji University's Faculty of Agriculture, she joined a web consulting company as a new graduate.

She joined GIG in November 2017. She has been in her current position since September 2021. She handles everything from web production consulting to UI/UX design and content strategy. Another thing I am conscious of is ``flexibly changing the implementation content according to the situation.'' During the interviews, if we come up with an idea that ``this might be a better way to solve the problem,'' we may change the implementation content within the budget. Our common attitude is to ``proceed in the direction that we think is best for the client's goals.
