────What do the business managers who lead GIG think about and how do they feel about their work? To date, GIG has conducted more than 50 interviews with employees, but this time we have started a series of interviews focusing on ``Business Managers'' within GIG, asking them about their thoughts on the members and their work. The first interview is with Aya Miura, head of the Produce Division. We asked Ms. Miura about her thoughts on "producing," as she says, "What we respond to is not the client's 'requests' but their 'expectations.'" Aya Miura: Manager, Production Division, GIG DX Consulting Business Headquarters, Co., Ltd. After graduating from Meiji University's Faculty of Agriculture, she joined a web consulting company as a new graduate.
She joined GIG in November 2017. She has been in her current position since September 2021. She handles everything from web production consulting to UI/UX design and content strategy. The goal of “Do not do what the client tells you to do” ―First of all, please Phone Number List tell us about the “business content” and “members” of the Produce Division. The business content of the Production Division is to ``produce everything from system development to web production, marketing support, and content strategy in response to clients' digital issues.'' The division has a total of 13 members, including UX designers, directors, and editors.

including members with extensive experience in new business development at large companies and direction at a web production company, and members who have changed jobs after working in sales and marketing in other industries. This is the department. -Are there any things that the entire division is conscious of when interacting with clients? It means "I don't do what the client tells me to do." When we receive proposal ``A'' from a client, if we feel uncomfortable after hearing the background, we make a suggestion such as ``If that's the purpose, how about plan B?'' Masu. Another thing I am conscious of is ``flexibly changing the implementation content according to the situation.'' During the interviews, if we come up with an idea that ``this might be a better way to solve the problem,'' we may change the implementation content within the budget. Our common attitude is to ``proceed in the direction that we think is best for the client's goals.
